In the late 1980s, the entrepreneur behind ASC visited New York, and found a really interesting line of flavoured soft drinks. He wondered why there wasn't anything of that type available in Australia. After many long years, he gained the rights to distribute Boylan Bottleworks beverages in Australia.

While the name American Soda Company is derived from the beverages we import, we are a wholly Australian-owned and family operated business. We've established a reliable and reputable distribution network to give Australians the ability to taste and enjoy our premium American products.

We are determined to maintain our ethos of a caring service to small businesses and personal customers. As an independent entity, ASC are the innovators who introduce new and exciting beverage categories into the Australian market.
